Since his admission to the bar in 1985,
Danny McGlynn has developed an
expertise in automobile, industrial and maritime accidents, product liability, medical malpractice and pharmaceutical and drug side effect cases. Danny has been a frequent lecturer for LSU and Southern University law schools, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers' Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. He has also lectured at seminars across the country involving trial, litigation, pharmaceutical claims and medical malpractice issues.
Regarding his extensive litigation practice across the country, Danny has been lead counsel in cases tried before juries in Philadelphia, Pa., Bronx, New York, Richmond, Va., Baltimore, Md., San Francisco, Ca., Jackson, Ms., Akron, Ohio, Springfield, Ma., Kuai, Hi., Tucson, Az., West Chester, Pa., Birmingham, Al. and Huntsville, Al. He has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in the following states and jurisdictions: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, and Washington D.C.
In addition to his significant legal pursuits, including numerous large trial verdicts in jurisdictions across the country, Danny is actively involved locally in the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Downtown Development District and Mid-City Redevelopment Alliance.
